Senior R&D Officer of Intestinal Immunity

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the research and development of the product pipeline of microorganisms and tumor immunity;

2. Responsible for the formulation of experimental research plans, program design, task allocation, program implementation, results acceptance, etc.;

3. Manage the progress of the project, carry out cross departmental collaboration, and ensure the high-quality and efficient promotion of the project;

4. Organize data, write relevant experimental plans, experimental reports, academic papers and patent disclosure books;

5. Have certain teaching ability and leadership, and manage a small team composed of R&D and research technicians.

Qualifications:

1. Doctorate degree;

2. Proficient in immunology and oncology related theoretical knowledge and technical operations;

3. Strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, proficient in reading English literature, and experience in publishing SCI papers is preferred;

4. Good communication and collaboration skills, article writing skills, excellent teamwork spirit and sense of responsibility.
